St. Agni Loyalty program is based on customer lifetime spend and is based in Australian dollars. New VIP tiers will be reached at lifetime spends of $3,000 AUD, $5,000 AUD and $7,000 AUD.
VIP members will receive exclusive benefits, related to their tier. These include but are not limited to: first access to shop new collection releases and higher store credit values for every $1,000 AUD spent.
Customers who accumulate over $1,000 AUD in purchases on St. Agni products online and in-stores will receive a $75 AUD credit into their customer account via email, please note this accumulation will expire after 12 months of inactivity. This credit will be available to redeem via customer accounts online and in-stores for up to 60 days from receiving. This credit can not be exchanged for cash and cannot be used after the 60 day period.
Customer lifetime spend will not expire, and will contribute to the designated loyalty benefits.
Loyalty points are not earned on gift voucher purchases.
