This individual will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager in the smooth operation of the warehouse whilst championing domestic and international e-commerce fulfillment, gifting and returns.
A highly collaborative role involving great teamwork skills, cooperation, responsibility and exceptional attention to detail, this person must have an understanding of warehousing processes, distribution and logistics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing e-commerce fulfillment for all domestic and international orders
- Working with the warehouse team to ensure packaging is kept to an exceptional standard, garments are quality checked and presented as per guidelines
- Problem solving pick and pack issues with the wider team, being the first point of contact
- Responsible for gifting and liaising with the marketing team on the gifting process, including international duties and taxes
- Overseeing return to stock units from online to ensure accurate stock tracking and faulty processes
