We are seeking an experienced and talented Merchandiser & Planner to join our team in Byron Bay. This person is crucial for supporting the success of collections, ensuring a cohesive product assortment, and optimising inventory and sales performance across all channels. This person will oversee merchandising strategies, stock allocation, branch replenishment and pricing for all ecommerce and bricks and mortar sales channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Merchandising
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with St. Agni’s brand vision and seasonal themes.
- Collaborate with the design team to curate product assortments that reflect customer demand, market trends, and business objectives.
- Conduct detailed competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and inform collection planning.
- Partner with marketing and retail teams to ensure products are showcased effectively across e-commerce, retail stores, and wholesale channels.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer preferences to influence product range development and pricing strategies.
Planning
- Create detailed sales and inventory forecasts for collections, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing overstock or sellout risks.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to execute an effective collection buy.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance across all channels to inform future planning and adjustments.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of collections, aligning supply with demand.
- Oversee stock allocation and replenishment strategies to maximize sales opportunities and maintain an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and maintain financial plans, including sales, margin, and inventory goals.
- Develop pricing architecture reports and product offering SWOT analysis.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organised Warehouse 2IC to join our growing team in Byron Bay. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager in the smooth operation of the warehouse whilst championing domestic and international e-commerce fulfillment, gifting and returns.
A highly collaborative role involving great teamwork skills, cooperation, responsibility and exceptional attention to detail, this person must have an understanding of warehousing processes, distribution and logistics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing e-commerce fulfillment for all domestic and international orders
- Working with the warehouse team to ensure packaging is kept to an exceptional standard, garments are quality checked and presented as per guidelines
- Problem solving pick and pack issues with the wider team, being the first point of contact
- Responsible for gifting and liaising with the marketing team on the gifting process, including international duties and taxes
- Overseeing return to stock units from online to ensure accurate stock tracking and faulty processes
- All orders placed before 11am are dispatched same day (leniency applied during sale periods)
- Upholding an e-commerce pick rate of 10 orders per hour
- Tight inventory management
- Efficient, timely and appropriate communications to customers
- Clear management of customer returns and stock management
- Assist with receiving stock, storage, stock organisation, picking and packing and dispatching functions within the agreed service levels
- Work closely with our Warehouse Manager to ensure all wholesale orders are dispatched efficiently and to order requests
- Tight inventory management and regular stock-takes
